A: When they are sold out the outlet then goes to the next price up.

Q: I purchased a SEASON PASS online. What Happens Next?

A: Firstly, KEEP THE TRANSACTION EMAIL SAFE! You can head to your first event with a printed copy of the         PASS or you can show the QR code on your phone at our ticket booth.
 

Q: What will happen at the ticket booth?

A: The purchased Season Pass will be verified and you will be given a physical SEASON PASS or a wristband            will  be placed on your hand. This wristband is for the whole weekend so please don't remove it.

 

Q: I purchased individual tickets online, What Happens Next?

A: Firstly, KEEP THE TRANSACTION EMAIL SAFE! You can head to the event with a printed copy of the                   TICKET or you can show the QR code on your phone at our ticket booth.

 

Q: What will happen at the ticket booth?

A: The purchase/ticket will be verified. A wristband will be placed on your hand and you will be granted access       to the event.

Q: Can I pay by the door each night?
A: Definitely! Just know, it is standard practice for tickets to be priced higher at the door.

Q: Which events can I enter with my SEASON PASS?

A: ALL

Q: I won a LIFETIME SEASON PASS in 2019 is it still valid?

A: When we say life, we mean life. That pass is valid for the rest of your life.

 

Q: What do VIP Ticket and VIP Season Pass holders get?

A: Free Drinks, a separate entrance and an elevated deck with a better view of the stage.

 

Q: If I am in VIP can I access General Admission?

A: Yes you can!

 

Q: What type of free drinks are we getting in VIP?

A: Rum, Beers, Vodka and Brandy

Q: Is food included in VIP?
A: No it is not BUT there will be food available for purchase from vendors.

 

Q: What do General Admission Ticket and Season Pass holders get?

A: General access to the events. This option does not offer free drinks or access to VIP

Q: Can I upgrade my general admission to VIP?
A: Yes you can! Just go to the ticket booth and the price will be calculated based on your ticket.

 

Q: Can we bring coolers/drinks to the paid events?
A: NO! We've got you covered with fully stocked bars and great staff!

 

Q: Can other people accompany me on my Season Pass?
A: A Season Pass just as a ticket can only be used for entry by one person.

 

Q: What happens if I lose my season pass or ticket?
A : Please keep your pass and/or tickets safe. We will not be able to assist you if they are lost.

A: Doors will open at 11:00pm nightly!
